I Love People Sometimes

Dear Blog,

I officially suck at blogging.

To update you since April, everything has been going pretty well. I went to a kajillion parties, hung out with a kajillion and a half people, and even had my own birthday.

Jess, Em, and I threw Nathan a surprise birthday party a few weeks ago, and boy was he in shock. I mean, Vidhu practically mauled him (bah duh bum... his last name is Mauli) when he got in the door. I was sooooo happy that Nate's best friends Evan and Tom did NOT tell him the secret. It made the party so much better! The best feeling was that all that hard work and all made him the happiest man on Earth that night. Seriously, he was talking about it for days thanking me, Emily, and Jess a lot.

Lately George has just sucked so much. We barely hang out in band anymore... not that I have anything really against Harry (he IS my lab partner for another week you know), but I kinda miss that time spent with him. I mean, nobody really talks to me in that class... meaning strikes up a conversation with me. I basically sit and do homework when we aren't playing because everyone is like whatever... unless Mia talks to me. Vidhu talks to me sometimes, and George talks to me in the beginning of class, but whatever. Okay... he doesn't suck that much. But close enough.

Well, yesterday basically ended my birthday "week".
- Monday I went to my mommoms house. OH MY GOSH. she was trying to light the candle on my cake and ended up setting the whole matchbook on fire. Me, my sister, my aunt, my cousin, and my dad were like "MOMMOM!" and she just stands there holding the flaming matchbook in front of her shirt saying "what?" and then she realized and started freaking out and almost threw it on the table. and my aunt said " THE SINK! THE SINK!" so she finally washed it off with water. epic fail
THEN Owen was laughing so hard he fell over.

- Tuesday I had Marching Band. After that my Aunt Beppy came over and we had ribs and cheesecake. Then the stupidest thing happened. I wouldn't let them see my dance video yet, so Aunt Beppy screamed at me and so did my dad and we got in an argument which ended up in me leaving inside for a bit to lay in the grass. I haven't talked to my Aunt since. She probably hates me but she shouldn't have yelled at me for no reason. If they were freaking patient they would have seen it eventually.
... okay so I mean I shouldn't have yelled back, but she and my dad shouldn't have said they were sick of my attitude. they just have anger issues. whatever.

- Wednesday = MY BIRTHDAY <3>
- I walked into band and was all like happy even though my dad and I got in an argument before school. HAHA George fails. I was like I'm sooo happy I'm finally sixteen! and he freaked out and was like your birthday's today?!?! I coulda sworn you said it was Thursday! so he made it up to me even though I said it was okay by having a bunch of people say happy birthday to me :]
- my spanish class sang to me, world civ people said happy birthday and we watched a movie, study hall was amazing because of Nathan, chem... apparently I'm 36 now and George will be 36 in July HAHA, lunch was good, english we were in the library, math was awesome as always.
- Later we went to Linda's because it was her birthday too. Her, Matt, Kelly, and her mom (Barbara) got me an Old Navy gift card, and iPod stereo thing, a beach jacket, and a necklace :]. We went to Guiseppis for dinner and I got gnocchis with sauce and salad. Then we went back to Linda's for ice cream cake. I basically love Matt and Kelly. Matt singing in a high pitched voice made my night. I was laughing so hard I couldn't even blow out all the candles right away.
"I'll be 16 by the time you blow out these candles!"

- Thursday was bad. ish.
So much was on my plate that I just cried at lunch. At least I have Vidhu and Mr. D to understand haha. I was just really mad at my dad and was nervous about something else. whatever

- Friday = AMAZING
"The June Fete is cancelled for tonight"
3 minutes later...
"If you didn't hear the first announcement... the June Fete is cancelled for tonight."

Colin came over after dinner and we watched tv and talked. I love spending time with him because he's my best friend! That was such a first grade sentence....

TODAY!
so I was pretty much feeling like crap to the point I actually threw up from my headache.
oh well... after that I felt better and did laundry all day.

I went to Brian's grad party and met a few people including these guys Adam and Jimmy. Pat was there too!!!!
We slept over, and spent time with Janine, Brian, Jack, Aunt Jean, Andrea, Casey, etc.

Hey everyone... well J9... haha

it's been a long but terribly good day.
I woke up sorta refreshed.

band- George and I got in a disagreement about Marching Band being/not being a sport. people do NOT get that marching band is very athletic and competitive. weirdo. plus the weird face making. and the voting for awards.
spanish- we played this weird game. like they played on The Office. where you stick the index card on your back and you have another person help you guess... hahaha so funny.
world civ- 94 ON MY TERM PAPER, HECK YEAH. test postponed till friday. YAY
study hall- I had to go to the nurse to get my stupid blood pressure checked. but Nathan was fun to talk to and so was Siam and Gil
chem- notes. boo. "WHOA" hahahh ... ugh I have to list 5 clear objects. and do my lab. blah
lunch- fun. ish.
english- basically free period because of conferences.
math- 8.4 day two. got it done and have 110 in math. yayay

hahahah I got in a texting disagreement with George about the same thing like.... 20 minutes ago. :P (I won... even if he won't admit it)

What a Lovely Spring Break.... not

Blah.

Well wednesday night was fabulous. Actually, Wednesday in general was amazing!
I had my chem test and I spent forever worrying. Thank God for Wednesday 4th period study hall (right before my test!). I studied and when I got to the test... I realized it was totally not hard at all. I think I did pretty decent! Well, I hope I did. I had an English test to make up... I probably didn't do as greatly on that. Catcher in the Rye was really good, but I don't to well under time limits. So I Sparknoted. hahah.
I got my math test back! 95 WOO! :]

I spent the rest of the day on the computer or whatever talking to Matt and Kelci and peeps.

Yesterday was terrible. Overall.
My dad annoyingly woke me up at 7:15 AM just to tell me to move off the couch. I was sooo comfy already! Then I went upstairs and had a problem in the bathroom with the trash bag, so I asked if my dad could help... and he flipped. He was all like "I'm not your slave" and crap. So stupidly I slammed the door.... he wasn't too happy about that....
Yeah so I spent an hour crying then I fell back asleep till 12:30 ish.
I finally got myself up and took a shower.
I went downstairs, ate, did some stuff then looked at the Wildwood book. I found out that I might not be able to swim when I go... so I was totally upset and my sister wasn't making it any better. ugh.

When my dad got home... everything was oddly better. Hamburgers are the best.


I'm sooo excited for tonight. I hope Matt's coming because I know Tory is. We are going to chill. I've never really hung out with Matt before so... it should be interesting :]

Long Time No Posting

HOLY CRAP!
I haven't posted in more than a month and a half. sorry people who follow me.

Well lately, everything has been well.... I went to four... yes four parties in the last month! I feel so popular for once!

- Kelci's was a blast! Everyone had sooooo much fun. Vidhu was awkwardly dancing on the chair though..... :P
- Michelle's was awesome! The firefighters came and danced with us! The music and food was great and I had so much fun there too.
- Nikki's was AMAZING. hahahhah lazer tag was soooo fun. and I talked to some people I haven't really talked to a lot.
-Devin's was soooo fun! hahha dancing was great! Joclyn is a hilarious dancer!
-..... I think I went to another one.... wait no. it wasn't really a party. it was Soph Hop. but it was extravagent.

Janine stayed with us for 4 days. We had soooo much fun. Thanks to Jack's mom, we had Dorito Chicken.. the best chicken ever! Janine got the recipe from her and all went well.

I went to Ritas with a bunch of people on the first day of spring for free water ice... amazing.

PSSA break was great. only coming into school for an hour and a half was the best!

It was a great month of March. ANNNDDDD a great start to April and a great end to February.


62 days till my 16th birthday! I'm getting so old :[ haha

happy valentine's day

Darn... I haven't written a post in a week!

Sunday... blur
Monday... blurrier
Tuesday.... hahaa well band was interesting. i spent half the period bitching about mrs. hauger with julie. and before I had been talking to george.... and then I left him. so he kept walking in and out of the room. sooner or later i found out he was spitting into the water fountain to lose weight for wrestling? haha ew. at least he warned me once. chem.... i had some weird deja vu with siam breaking the glass dish. and lunch was actually uneventful for once. except me and veronica were cramming for the gatsby test that she didn't have but I did. ugh. dance class i got a pretty big workout. it was invigorating.
Wednesday... pretty much a blur
Thursday.... hahaha. singing valentine day. i did chem with george because of study hall in band. i'm an epic fail at chem. and then the rest of the day was pretty much a blur... other than siam's singing valentine.
Friday.... chem test 69. better than usual =/..... spanish quiz... not graded yet?.... haha forced nathan to go into the cold. i don't get why he can't just go his own way if he's so cold. i like the company though when I walk to chemistry. didn't do anything last night.

NOW TODAY.

I woke up bright and early to go to the homeless shelter with emily and casey. a girl named gina from my school was also with us and emily's mom and two other people from their church. It was really quite an experience. the men and very few ladies were mostly very nice. this guy gilbert... he was really really nice and talked to us... haha hotties comment was great too. and emily's stuffed comment. oh dearrrrr.

I went home and ate a little bit and then slept and watched videos. Then I ordered Chinese and Brittany came over for a movie night since neither of us had plans. awesome night.

I'm bored so..... yeah.

Adventures with Half My Life

Today was epic. not really. but I just REALLY LOVE that word for some reason.

My dad woke me up at 11:51 AM. Then he complained that I didn't get up earlier. What the heck.
I got my shower and started burning Matt's CDs but my dad wouldn't let me finish the third one because we were "running late". So we got to Linda's at like... 1:15 PM I guess. We had our normal lunch of sandwiches and some side. and mini donuts :P.
We were supposed to go to Old Navy but we all had Barnes and Noble gift cards so we went there first thinking it was going to be an in and out kind of thing. No. We were in there for like... an hour. On the good side, I got three MORE books: Fly on the Wall, Kiss Me Kill Me, and Sweethearts. I will be reading for a long time. We found out we were overscheduled so we went to drop off Matt at his basketball game. Linda drove around the block only to have to turn back so we could watch him play. I felt bad that he wouldn't have anyone there for support and we were going shopping without him. So she turned around.
The game wasn't too bad. Me, Kelly, and Kate had fun joking about the players on the other teams. Those kids can be vicious! Afterwards we left and went back to Linda's. She made Chicken Manicotti and salad for dinner and it was really good! Earlier we were talking about seeing Paul Blart: Mall Cop. I really thought that looked stupid and so did Matt, Kelly, and Kate. So instead we decided to see Push.

Push is about a world of psychics that have different categories of psychic powers. The two main characters are trying to find this potion with 6 Mil dollars. It was so complex that me, Matt, Kel, and Kate were trying to explain it to each other throughout the car ride home. When we got back to Linda's, we ate rice/chocolate pudding with whipped cream. Then we left to go home.

Now I'm just resting here on my bed enjoying the peace and quiet of our house.

Hectic yet All Smiles

Ahhh... today was such a roller coaster.

I woke up extra tired for some reason. I've kind of changed my sleep schedule again with procrastination. So that could be why.....

~ After I got to school, I went to Mr. Hall's room to get help in Geometry. I suck at 6.2. No questions asked [haha]
~ Band was okay. We sounded really good today!!!! Like cirque de soliel... amazing. except kunya sobe haha.... we are getting better at that part. Liberty Bell is sounding decent too. George helped me with chem at the beginning of the period and practically screwed himself in the first problem and told me how to do it the wrong way. hahahaa i feel bad now that I think about it. Oh and I let him borrow my periodic table because I had two... and ended up misplacing the one I had in my backpack. But he gave it back later :]
~ Spanish. no comment. haha so boring but good.
~ World Civ couldn't get any longer when you are in the library. Darn term paper research
~ Academic Access Math was actually not too bad. Nathan tried to steal my calculator and when I grabbed his hand to pull him back toward me I cracked his thumb... eww :] . we had a pop test then watched a part of Hogans Heroes because of something we said two weeks ago. Nathan and I walked to class/lunch like we usually do after AcAc Math but he refused to go out in the cold. like i usually do to get to chem. This time I gave in and went his way because I would be bored not talking to him. He wouldn't stop saying I was going to be late then George and I weirdly made it to the corner at the same time and he asked me if Nathan was Nate or Nathan. yeah weird conversations.
~ Chem was okay. I got help on the worksheet that I didn't understand. George gave me my periodic table back thank God. Someone made me smile about something else too :] hahaa
~ Lunch consisted of an almost empty table, math, and potatoes. Yes. Potatoes.
~ English was all reading Caesar, doing Math sneakily, and doing questions off of the great gatsby
~ Math.... boring.

Well after I went to my locker I went to my bus like normal... but guess what? no bus! so we all stood there till all the buses left then our bus came. By then, my friend Jess, me, and my friends Chris and Joey decided to walk home. As we walked away, we saw no one in the back of the bus..... it looked like our principal had to talk to the bus about the fight we had on it the other day ... well not we... just two girls. Ummm hopefully we won't have assigned seats.
Our walk home was so fun. 1 thing 2 do 3 words 4 you....... :]

I got a text from my friend Maria asking if I wanted to go to the mall so I asked my dad and he said yes! It was the first time since last July I have seen her!! This time I was meeting her friends Sara and Steph in person. Around 5:30 I went to the mall to eat with my dad and sister before they went to my dad's girlfriend's son's jazz band competition. mmm chinese
I went to borders for an hour because they weren't supposed to come till 7:30. I bought the five people you meet in heaven. such a great story line.

I met Sara and her friend Sam in Aerie and we walked around for some time before Maria and Steph caught up with us in Hollister. I didn't even recognize Maria!
It was really fun. When we sat down to eat and stuff.... that was maybe the best part when we were all together. Creepers and singing. fun :]

Maria's dad drove me home and we had a funny chat in the car about our night. Hahaha I wonder what my neighbors were thinking when he pulled into their driveway because I said I had a dumpster but then I realized it was GONE. And I had been past it! Jeez. :P

So I got a shower and relaxed. Here I am now, talking to Kerianne.

so today.... wait no... let me start with yesterday.

two hour delayyyyy :]]]]]

I did my normal routeine before school and when I got to school. hahaha I feel bad for Joey....

- Band was 6 minutes long. attendance purposes. I had to go over George's schedule like 5 times for him because he doesn't listen haha
- Spanish... my friend Kate's mom was our sub! We read some stupid story on Vampires.... all he rage right now, right?
- We skipped 3rd period for the time being and I went to study hall. Nathan is just so funny. I had a really good conversation with him about weird stuff. He also needs to tell me the truth about something... but haha whatever.
- Chemistry was pretty much easy for a change!!!
- Lunch... Michelle sat with us and so did Marissa. Super fun :]
- We skipped our normal 7th period so I had 3rd period World Civ instead. UGHHHHH so boring the past few days. And extending it an extra ..... 10 minutes made it worse.
- By now I had a headache and was like whatever.... math class. ugh.

I went home and then went to Safe Harbor, my grief support group. Letting out anger and feelings with music was the topic. that was so fun!

NOW TODAY.

My Bad Day in a Nutshell:
My dad got mad at my sister because she fixed the showerhead WITHOUT turning off the water with the shower curtain on. ... ugh. so they were fighting. I just left after I said I loved them... and forgot my glasses. My dad wasn't too happy about that. I think I annoyed a few people. I overtalked today. bleh. Chem I'm getting better at. Hopefully it stays that way. People were just in a bad mood. it wasn't great.

well I'm gonna eat dinner then go to Youth Group :]

Crazy Day 2/3/08

Oh mannn.

Today was SO awesome. Not lying.
- Band class I spent with George like I usually do. I think we are both slightly on the crazy side.
- Spanish. ugh. okay that was boring... so was world civ the next period.
-Lunch was pretty much a nightmare half the time with two of my best friends fighting {they do that sometimes}. However, Nathan was being funny stealing my pen and stuff. It turned into a brief table fight, but it ended up being quickly resolved.
- Chemistry was really funny.
I HATE when people say "for serious" because its not proper grammar. So when I thought my friend Molly said it, I was like oh my goodness I HATE that! and of course George was like "Hey Emily" and of course I said "What?" He decided to say, "For serious? Emily... for serious. For serious why are you so weird?" and then he laughed as usual. Oh well haha he was just joking around. We switched lab partners after lab too. Siam is my new lab partner. It is going to be so fun.. him me shaina and ... either badal or Emily... i have no clue yet. Siam and George were being Siamish and Georgish with George's leather jacket.

- English and Math were a headache... literally. I had to read out loud for my part as Cassius in Julius Caesar again. Caesar died. Big whoop. Everyone knew what was going to happen anyway. Math was too boring for words so I drew the Giza Pyramids. XD


Tonight I had tap class. Surprisingly I am doing very well with that... well not too much of a surprise... because I have been taking it for years.

Now I'm just sitting here discussing controversial Twilight stuff with Matt.

Day Two. Sunday 2/1/08

So this is my daily distraction. Other than facebook :]

I'm in the middle of doing my lab but I thought I'd explain my short day.

really.... it felt like i was living through 4 years today. It felt like 4 at 1 o'clock

I went to church even though I was really tired. God comes first though. So does my sister who was reading.

I pretty much just ate and played in the snow after that. I just took a nap... felt good.

Now the superbowl is on.... GO I DON'T CARE WHO WINS!!!!!

Day One. Saturday 1/31/08

I'm writing this to let out all my stuff. Maybe it will decrease stress.

My day was amazing.

... well not the best. but pretty good.

I ended up passing out on the couch last night. So much for sleeping in my own bed after three days without it. My bathroom and kitchen are being remodeled so ...... I was without a bathroom for days. My dad tried to tell me to go upstairs. I was too lazy to go though :]

I woke up for good at 10:15 and directly went to the laptop. after talking to a few of my friends I had to take a shower.

Mandolin was frustrating today. I have trouble keeping my fingers in control. That will take A LOT of work =/ but practice makes perfect as people always say. My instructor Phil said that my confidence issues are holding me back and I need to own the instrument not it own me.

Tonight was AMAZING.
- Jess came over. she is super cool. we ended up convincing my dad to let me to go to her house. so we did and had the weirdest time. hahaha so much went on there! We left and went for a walk to CVS with nate and dylan who wanted to get out of the house. I got gummy worms. Dylan went and laid out in the middle of edge hill road. dumbass haha......
he almost got hit by two cars. and the one guy was like "what the f*** are you doing" as he went down the street.
